Clear Understanding Many hypnotherapists treat smoking as a habit. It isn’t. It’s an addiction and it’s important to know how to treat addiction to be of genuine help. (Would so many people really find it so difficult simply to change a habit?) It’s also important that a therapist should understand the differences between physical addiction, which causes withdrawal, and dependence (also known as psychological addiction) which causes craving.

Explanation In addition to the hypnosis I explain everything you need to know to make the change as easy and as comfortable as possible and teach you methods you can use in your daily life to accomplish this.
